Shipping Policy

At Nature's Ability, we know you are excited to receive your order. We work diligently to ensure your products are packed safely and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited shipping options are also available, with charges calculated and displayed at checkout.

UPS (United Parcel Service)

Standard Shipping (Free)

Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days after processing.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to severe weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours of receiving the email. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Nature's Ability does not offer international shipping. We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. boxes using USPS. However, please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you select expedited shipping via UPS, please provide a physical street address.
