4. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened products (unless damaged or defective)
- Products with broken or tampered seals

Important: Due to FDA regulations and health safety standards, we cannot resell opened supplement products. We appreciate your understanding.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an opened product within 30 days of delivery, please contact us.
While we cannot accept returns of opened products for health and safety reasons, we may offer:

Refunds for refused or intercepted shipments will be processed once we receive the returned product in unopened condition.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
- Please check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- We may request a police report for stolen packages
